Bonjour, Je m’appel Thomas et j’ai 33 ans. Je suis actuellement magasinier en piĂšces automobiles mais je souhaite changer de travail ou crĂ©er mon entreprise. Actuellement, je gagne 2 200 euros / Mois Mon objectif est de me gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© 36 000 Euros / mois brut. Je suis dans l’optique de faire un BaristaFIRE ( Elle consiste Ă  appliquer les principes du mouvement Fire mais tout en ayant toujours un travail Ă  mi temps, ça permet de se dĂ©gager quand mĂȘme du temps. Tout en ayant des revenus pour complĂ©ter votre train de vie ). Mon Portfolio : [Invvest](https://invvest.co/u/ThomasStark/portfolio/86acc4a4-6a46-4ef2-beb2-d2bf0b340255) Je fais un DCA : - 300 E sur la bourse - 85 E sur immobilier ( pour l’instant sur mon LEL ) - 50 E sur la crypto - 38 E sur la voiture ( Les rĂ©parations / achats d’une autre voiture ) - 38 E sur Loisir / VĂȘtements / Vacances. - A la fin du mois s’il me reste de l’argent, je le rĂ©aloue suivant les opportunitĂ©s. J’ai une stratĂ©gie assez axĂ©e dividendes / rentes. Mais je me pose la question, si je devrais pas avoir des actions/ETF ou autres de croissances, pour augmenter mon capital ? Je suis ouvert Ă  touts avis et remarques. 😉 ---

Salut, 67 actifs ça fait beaucoup je pense. Tu peux pas crĂ©er plusieurs portefeuilles en sĂ©parant la crypto, les livrets et les actions? Niveau stratĂ©gie, je te conseille simplement d’ĂȘtre Ă  l’aise avec tes investissements et de connaĂźtre chacun de tes actifs. Perso je sĂ©lectionne des entreprises avec lesquelles je suis serein, qui sont solides, qui ont un moat et qui versent un dividende croissant au fil des annĂ©es. Je fais un mix entre des boĂźtes matures et en phase de croissance mais elles versent toute un dividende plus ou moins Ă©levĂ©. J’ai aussi deux ETF capitalisant qui possĂšdent l’avantage de ne pas ĂȘtre soumis aux impĂŽts sauf lors d’une Ă©ventuelle vente prĂ©vue dans 15 ans minimum. ---

Tes 2 ETF sont dans le PEA ? Je n’ai pas la version PRO. Je suis entrain de rĂ©duire les positions en Bourses et en garder 3 actions par secteurs sauf les REIT’s. ---

J’ai personnellement 30 actions sur mon CTO et 5 sur mon PEA (9 prĂ©vue Ă  terme). Je prĂ©fĂšre les actions US et je mettrai uniquement les poids lourds Français sur mon PEA. ---

Dans les prochains mois, je pense faire mon DCA Boursier sur des ETF principalement dans mon PEA. Mon objectif est de ramener la part d’ETF de mon portfolio a 10% environ. ---

argh, j’ai vraiment du mal avec les prĂ©sentations d’Invvest â˜č ca me semble trĂšs Ă©parse, trop Ă©quipondĂ©rĂ© (manque de conviction sur certains titres) et un peu touche a tout. oui c’est moi qui le dit đŸ€Ł En fait j’ai pas compris ta feuille de route 😕 ---

J’ai investi suivant les idĂ©es de youtube ou autres mais la je suis entrain de rĂ©duire le nombres de position sur actions. Je souhaite Max 3 positions par secteur sauf immobilier (REIT’s) et les cryptos mĂȘme si je vais en liquider s’il y a un bull run.
